These terms govern your use of the Tiva website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Research use only

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development use. They are not medicines, are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. By ordering you confirm the products are for research use only and that you will handle them lawfully and safely.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. We may correct errors, refuse or cancel orders, and change prices and availability without notice. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Handling and responsibility

Once delivered, safe and lawful storage, handling and disposal of the products are your responsibility and must follow your own laboratory protocols and applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiva is not liable for any misuse of the products or for any loss arising from use of the products outside their intended research purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
