Returns & Refunds

Please read this before ordering. Our returns position is stricter than many stores because of what we sell.

Pens and vials cannot be returned or refunded

Once a pen or vial has been dispatched we cannot accept it back or issue a refund. These are delicate materials, and once they have left us we have no way to verify how they have been stored, handled or transported. Material we cannot verify is material we will not resell to anyone else.

This applies whether or not the item has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

This is different, and it is on us. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will put it right — either a replacement or a refund.

Anything else

If there is a problem that is not covered above, we would still rather hear about it than not. Send us the details through our contact form with your order number and we will look at it case by case.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
