How long until my order ships?
Within one working day — orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day, and you will get a tracking number by email.
Can I get a certificate of analysis before I order?
Yes. Email us and we will send the certificate for the batch. You can also see current certificates on the COAs page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently dispatch within the United Kingdom. For enquiries about orders outside the UK, please contact support using the form on this page.
What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it.
